Shipping
Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive an email message with tracking number. Most orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Media Mail. PO Boxes are accepted shipping addresses.
Lead times can vary depending upon the time of year and size of order. Each of our video products are made-to-order and typically ship within 1-4 weeks from the time of order. We work extremely hard to turn orders around as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to producing high-quality, professional products for you to enjoy. Rest assured, that we have successfully have received your order and will process it as soon as possible.
Pre-order Availability
Be the first to have a video product in your hands by pre-ordering a video.
An product is in pre-order availability status probably because the event or performance you're purchasing from us…well, hasn't happened yet and the video has not been created.
Orders for upcoming, current, or recent events are considered pre-orders and will ship once the final product is edited and produced. Pre-order products ship based on the estimated release date listed on the product page.
Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are delivered via email to the registered email address at checkout. After purchase, we will prepare the file and send an email within the time frame indicated at checkout. The email contains an Access Link for you to view and download your video files. The Access Link is accessible for a minimum thirty (30) days from purchase.
- All sales of Digital Downloads are final.
- Parkway doesn’t accept returns Digital Downloads once the Access Link is activated. We will exchange or repair the Digital Download is there is an error or technical issue with your video.
- Please verify purchase quantity before completing checkout.
Digital Downloads may require you to use a computer or other playback device meeting minimum system requirements, and you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or playback device meets Digital Download system requirements prior to purchase. Once you have purchased a downloadable product, we encourage you to use the provided Access Link to preview the video and download it, if applicable, and to access it promptly to ensure that you have received it. You are responsible for downloading and confirming receipt within thirty (30) days after purchase and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crashes. We will usually continue to make purchased Digital Downloads available via the Access Link for additional viewing and downloads even after this thirty (30) day period, but we may, from time to time, disable the Access Link without notice. Parkway Productions will not be liable to you if any Access Link is removed or otherwise becomes unavailable for additional viewing or downloads. If you are unable to successfully download or view your video at the Access Link, please contact us.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
