Order your custom-made disc from the Midwest Dance Connection on March 13, 2016. Each disc includes the routines you performed in with a custom menu to each dance.

To Order:

1. Select your studio and enter your dancer's name.
2. Select the routines for this disc. The first routine is is included as part of the base price. Add a second, third, or fourth routine for $10. Each additional routine is $5.
3. Enter the total number of routines for the disc.

Please note: Orders may be verifed with studio directors before shipment.
